How do I get my Crypto.com App CSV-file?
- Log in to your Crypto.com App account.
Next, download your complete transaction histories as CSV-files as shown in the image sequence below.
- To import your data, you must first create an Integration in the Blockpit Web App. Click on Add in the upper navigation and select Add Integration.
- Select Crypto.com App from the list of exchanges, and then copy your CSV files into the designated field. Confirm your input with Create.
Always upload all files together / at the same time within one upload process to avoid duplicates.
If you still experience Mismatched Balance Issues, please double-check the ledger of the affected asset as Crypto.com is recording some transactions (e.g. viban_purchases) twice - once into the fiat_transaction_record and once into the crypto_transaction_record with slightly alternated timestamps. In order to fix your balance, you must then exclude one of these transactions manually.
If further uploads are required, access your Depot and upload more files as shown in the screenshot below.
However, make sure that there is no time overlap when uploading a new file.
The maximum export period (time span between start and end date) within one upload is 3 years.
If the upload of your original CSV file does not work, please try to update your internet browser version first or use an alternative browser to eliminate potential sources of error.
