How to import data via BingX CSV/Excel file?

❗ 01.12.2025 New BingX data format (v3): Wealth (Earn, Loan, Dual Invest), RewardsHub and LaunchHub (Launchpool, Launchpad, Xpool, Airdrops) transactions are no longer supported in this new format. Combining new and old formats may lead to mismatched balances.

13.08.2024 New BingX data format (v2): A new data format recently provided by BingX is now supported by Blockpit. The old data format (multiple files) is no longer used by BingX and Blockpit. From now on, only the new BingX x Blockpit Excel file is to be used for uploading into your integration.

How do I get my BingX CSV/Excel file?

  1. Log in to your BingX account.
  2. Navigate to the Profile Symbol at the top right and select Data Export.

  3. Next navigate to the Transaction History section (Figure 1) and then to Order History (Figure 2).
  4. In the now displayed options, select the corresponding Time Range and all Accounts: Fund Account, Spot Account, USD-M Perpetual Futures, Coin-M Perpetual Futures and Standard Futures.

Also select the File Type: Excel and the Transaction Type: Tax reporting data.

    Order History

  5. After selecting all of the above options, click Generate to obtain your Transaction_History and then your Order_History file.
  6. Your Excel files will now be generated by BingX and can be downloaded after a short wait as shown below.

  7. To import your data, you must first create an Integration in the Blockpit Web App
Click on + Integration in the upper navigation.
  8. Select BingX from the list of exchanges, and then drag your Excel files into the designated field. Confirm your input with Continue.

  9. If necessary, you can upload additional files directly to your Blockpit Integration in the Dashboard. To do so, click on Edit / Upload CSV in the Integrations Tab as shown below.

❗ When uploading your transactions into your Integration, the system does not check for transaction duplicates.

Transactions that already exist in your Integration must therefore be removed from the CSV/Excel file before uploading.

💡 If the upload of your original file does not work, please try to update your internet browser version first or use an alternative browser to eliminate potential sources of error.

How do I solve problems with my BingX Integration?

  • Blockpit shows different Tips (indicators) in your Transactions list depending on the type of problem you are facing. The following procedure can help you to solve these problems.

Please always start a calculation of your transaction data using “Recalculate ” (Transactions) before you analyze Tips or the performance values of your portfolio.

    1. Create a new Integration

    • Problem: Mismatched Balance (Dashboard)

Mismatched Balances of your CSV Integrations can only be detected by a direct comparison with the Balance of your Exchange.

    • Tip: Missing History (Transactions)

Temporarily create a second Integration to be able to compare the new and old Integration. Then delete the Integration that you do not want to keep.

    2. Label or merge Unlabeled Transactions

Unlabeled transactions can be subsequently categorized with a corresponding label, edited or merged into Trades or Transfers by selecting related transaction pairs. It is also possible to change the labels of multiple similar transactions collectively (bulk edit).

    3. Manually edit, exclude or delete transactions

If you should still see Tips, it is possible that these were caused by incorrect transactions or transactions that were imported twice. These transactions can be edited as follows.

    4. Add new transactions

If transactions have not been fully imported, you can add them individually or upload them directly to your integration using the Blockpit XLS Template.
