How do I get my BSDEX file?
- Log in to your BSDEX account.
- Click on the user icon at the top right and click on Settings.
- Click on Konto & Steuer.
- In the transaction history, select the year you want to export and select Download CSV.
- In Blockpit, click on +Integration (top right) and select BSDEX.
- Upload your BSDEX files to the designated field.
-
If a single upload is not sufficient, further uploads can be made directly in the integration as shown in the screenshot below.
Important: Make sure that there are no time overlaps when uploading further CSV files, as the system does not check for transaction duplicates during the upload. The CSV file must be adjusted independently before the upload by deleting existing transactions.
If the upload of your original CSV file does not work, please first try to update your Internet browser version or use an alternative browser to rule out possible sources of error.
