DeFi import solution for Ethereum Classic (ETC) based applications (dApps)

DeFi stands for Decentralized Finance and enables the transfer or trading of crypto assets within one or more decentralized networks (blockchains). The requirement for this is the smart contract capability of the corresponding blockchain (Ethereum Classic). Often, your crypto assets do not even have to leave your private crypto wallet. It is enough to sign a smart contract between you and the decentralized application (dApp).

Ethereum Classic transactions can be imported automatically into your Blockpit Wallet Integration via public key.

The following Ethereum Classic based transactions are automatically imported:

General

check.png All native transactions (incl. Governance, Staking, Delegating, etc.)
check.png All synced balances (minor limitations)

Swaps (Trades)

Swaps are the exchange (trade) of one crypto asset for another. Swaps are processed via decentralized exchanges (DEX).

Staking, Lending, Airdrop & Bounty Rewards

If rewards are getting imported as unlabeled Deposit, you can relabel these transactions to the appropriate transaction label (Staking, Lending, Airdrop or Bounty) as shown in the image below.

Tip: Free NFT mints can be relabeled as Airdrops. You can identify them by the transaction note "Fallback_Claim".

Troubleshooting:

My transactions are imported incorrectly!

  1. Create your integration a second time under a different name and check if your transactions are now imported correctly.

  2. If your transactions are imported under an incorrect transaction label, you can edit them manually. Alternatively, please send us your public wallet address (public key) as well as the corresponding transaction hash from Ethereum Classic Explorer via ticket.

Certain internal transactions on EVM Chains (e.g. deposits related to Wrapping & Bridging) can currently not be imported automatically. Missing transaction data must be added manually.

My asset balance is displayed incorrectly!

Due to the issue mentioned as important above, there may be discrepancies in the synchronized asset balance of your integration. Manually imported transactions in automatic Wallet Integrations have no effect on the asset balance displayed, but only on the calculated asset balance in your tax report.
