How can I contact a support agent directly via chat message?

The fastest way to get in direct contact with a Blockpit support agent is to use the chat function in your Blockpit account.
 

Chat function in your Blockpit account:

  1. Log into your Blockpit Account.
  2. Web App: Click on the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the web app.



    Mobile App: If you want to contact us via the mobile app, you can do this by clicking on your profile icon in the top right-hand corner and then selecting the AI Assistant menu item.


     
  3. Then select the sub-item Messages.


     
  4. Now click on “Ask a question” to ask our AI assistant (Lia) your questions. She will be able to answer most of your questions.
     
  5. Lia will ask you if the answers were helpful. If you answer “No”, you will be given the opportunity to write to a Blockpit support agent.
     
  6. Click on “Talk to a person” and add suitable screenshots or examples to describe your problem.

To ensure your request is processed quickly, we kindly ask you to use only one communication channel (either chat or email) per inquiry and to preferably use the chat function. Submitting multiple requests about the same issue may delay processing.

 

Alternative support e-mail contact:

If you do not yet have a Blockpit account, you can also write to us directly at support@blockpit.io. However, please make sure that you use the same e-mail address that you will use to register your account.

For account-specific support, please write to us exclusively with the e-mail address to which your Blockpit account is registered!
