NEW: How to import data via Cosmos (ATOM) public key?

Cosmos blockchain transactions can be imported via public key into your Blockpit Wallet Depot.

The following Cosmos (ATOM) transactions are automatically imported:

All native transactions starting from December 2019 (CosmosHub V3)
(incl. governance, staking/delegating, etc.)

IBC transfers (Inter-Blockchain Communication protocol

Troubleshooting:

My transactions are not imported?

Note: Tokens and transactions (e.g. IBC tokens) are only automatically imported via your wallet public key if the corresponding token contract address is stored in our database.

1. Create a new wallet depot and check that your transactions are now imported.
   
   
2. If your transactions are not imported into your Cosmos Wallet Depot either as staking or deposit/withdrawal, please send us your public wallet address (Public Key) as well as the corresponding transaction hash from Atomscan via ticket.
   
   
3. Once the requested token contract addresses have been added to our asset database, it is necessary to recreate your wallet depot to synchronise all changes with your depot.
