NEW: How to import data via XRP public key?

XRP blockchain transactions can be imported via your public key into your Blockpit Wallet Depot.

The following XRP transactions are automatically imported:

All native transactions
Escrows
Payment channels
Checks

Troubleshooting:

My transactions are not imported?

1. Create a new wallet depot and check that your transactions are now imported.
   
   
2. If your transactions are not imported into your XRP Wallet Depot either as deposit/withdrawal, please send us your public wallet address (Public Key) as well as the corresponding transaction hash from xrpscan via ticket.
   
   
3. Once the issue has been solved, it is necessary to recreate your wallet depot to synchronise all changes with your depot.
