What does the error message "Exchange peculiarities" mean?
Reason: Some exchanges have peculiarities, e.g. dust converts at Binance
Troubleshooting: Please create a manual trade for each "dust convert" (converting from coin to coin) in the respective widget at the time of conversion.
What does the error message "Coins from Forks and Airdrops" mean?
Reason: Coins that were not entered due to a fork or airdrop received. For example Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold, Ethereum Classic, etc.
Troubleshooting: Please check your wallets for possible forks and airdrops and enter them manually.
What does the error message "Rounding error or fees" mean?
Reason: Manual entries were rounded or fees were not entered correctly.
Troubleshooting: Please compare their values, round up in case of doubt in case of purchased coins and round down in case of sold coins.
What does the error message "One entry missing" mean?
Reason: Inputs from other wallets were not entered manually.
A coin was sold, the entrance of which is not registered in Blockpit. So the input of the coin is missing in the calculations, which causes the error. This occurs most frequently with the following transaction types:
- Over-The-Counter-Trades (exchange/transfer between friends/acquaintances)
- Gifts (Coinbase "Refer-a-Friend" bonus not entered as manual credit)
- Mining income on a wallet not entered (payouts from NiceHash, Bitclub Network, etc.)
- Bounty pool inputs (tokens/coins originating from a bounty program)
Troubleshooting: Please check the inputs on your widgets to see if one of the above examples applies to you. Has a transaction taken place, but it was not automatically transferred to Blockpit? To enter the missing transaction, create a manual transaction (trade from fiat to coin) in the relevant widget, specifying the fiat value at the time of purchase. You must add this transaction before the error occurs. This should fix the error message of this coin and also subsequent errors.
What does the error message "Trading sources missing" mean?
Reason: Not all trading sources were created completely. This may be the case if you have traded on e.g. three exchanges, but have only created widgets for two of them, resulting in gaps in your transaction history.
Troubleshooting: Please check your sources to make sure that each of your used sources can be found as a widget. Enter missing transactions as a manual widget.
What does the error message "Calculations not yet completed" mean?
Reason: There was a recent change and the recalculation is still running.
Troubleshooting: Please wait for the calculation and try again in about 60 minutes.
