How do I get my Bitcoin.de CSV file?
- Log in to your Bitcoin.de account.
-
Next, download your complete transaction history as a CSV file.
- To do so, navigate to the menu item Account statement.
- Select the desired currency that you would like to download as a CSV.
- Now select a "specific period" as the date and select "all" as the type.
- Then download the CSV file.
- To import your data, you must first create an Integration in the Blockpit Web App.
To do so, click + Integration in the upper navigation.
- Select Bitcoin.de from the list of exchanges, and then copy your CSV file into the designated field. Confirm your input with Create.
-
If further uploads are required, access your Integration and upload more files as shown in the screenshot below.
Important: Make sure that there are no time overlaps when uploading further CSV files, as the upload does not check for duplicate transactions. The CSV file must be adjusted independently before uploading by deleting existing transactions.
If the upload of your original CSV file does not work, please try to update your internet browser version first or use an alternative browser to eliminate potential sources of error.

How do I solve problems with my Bitcoin.de CSV Integration?
-
Blockpit shows different Tips (indicators) in your Transactions list depending on the type of problem you are facing. The following procedure can help you to solve these problems.
Please always start a calculation of your transaction data using “Recalculate ” (Transactions) before you analyze Tips or the performance values of your portfolio.
1. Create a new Integration- Problem: Mismatched Balance (Dashboard)
Mismatched Balances of your CSV Integrations can only be detected by a direct comparison with the Balance of your Exchange.

2. Label or merge Unlabeled Transactions
Unlabeled transactions can be subsequently categorized with a corresponding label, edited or merged into Trades or Transfers by selecting related transaction pairs. It is also possible to change the labels of multiple similar transactions collectively (bulk edit).
> Basics on Labeling and Merging of Transactions
3. Manually edit, exclude or delete transactions
If you should still see Tips, it is possible that these were caused by incorrect transactions or transactions that were imported twice. These transactions can be edited as follows.
> Transaction Details Overview and Managing & Editing of Transactions
4. Add new transactions
If transactions have not been fully imported, you can add them individually or upload them directly to your integration using the Blockpit XLS Template.
